Results depend on the accuracy of data maintained by credit bureaus, creditors, and other third parties.
4. Fees and Payments
ClearPath Scores LLC charges a one-time startup fee to initiate services.
All ongoing service fees and payment schedules are clearly disclosed in writing before enrollment.
We comply with all federal and New Mexico credit repair fee laws and do not charge for services that have not been performed.
Clients must review and sign the service agreement before any payment is collected.
5. Compliance and Consumer Rights
ClearPath LLC complies with all applicable laws, including:

Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. §1681 et seq.)
